Lela and Mary Slough Foundation Scholarship The Charles, Lela and Mary Slough Foundation Scholarship is now available to graduating seniors. Students receiving the Slough Scholarship who continue to meet the established criteria may receive an award of $5,000 a year for up to five years or the completion of their Bachelor's degree, or a total accumulation of 136 semester hours, whichever comes first. This scholarship provides its recipients with greater access to the college of their choice and may be transferable if necessary.
