The Cross Plains I.S.D. Board of Trustees met in a regular meeting with the following members present: Vicki Dillard, Susan Schaefer, Burlie Taylor, Frankie Hyles, Jim Cook, Scott Childress and Kim Crockett.

The following administrators and guests were also in attendance: Supt. Jackie Tennison, H.S. Principal Jimmie Cearley, Elem. Principal Margie Sowell and guests Deborah Lowitzer, Tonja Walker, Tiffany Walker, Nora Odom, Gerry Webb, Ronda Hagler, Hailey Biggs, Charlotte Lee, Susan Maxwell, Jana Rister, Candace Rister, Markus Maxwell, Brice Bowden, Kyle Cunningham, Ricky Daniels and Macayla Cook.

Prayer was led by Burlie Taylor.

View and pay bills for the month of November.

Motion was made by Taylor and seconded by Dillard to accept minutes approved as read for October 17, 2006.

Motion was made by Taylor and seconded by Crockett that we have Jackie Tennison form a committee for facility usage study and report back to board. For 7/Against 0

Motion was made by Hyles and seconded by Cook to table action for Jr/Sr Prom being held in Abilene.

Motion was made by Dillard and seconded by Crockett that we approve the calendar for Superintendent evaluation. For 7/Against 0
