The Cross Plains I.S.D. Board of Trustees met in a called meeting with the following members present: Vicki Dillard, Susan Schaefer, Burlie Taylor, Frankie Hyles, Jim Cook, Scott Childress and Kim Crockett.

The following administrators and guests were also in attendance: Supt. Jackie Tennison, H.S. Principal Jimmie Cearly, Elem. Principal Margie Sowell and guests Monty Champion and Kim Champion.

Motion was made by Schaefer and seconded by Crockett to approve budget amendments 05-06. For 7/Against 0

Motion was made by Hyles and seconded by Crockett to accept Investment Portfolio 05-06. For 7/Against 0

Motion was made by Dillard and seconded by Schaefer to adopt 06-07 budget - $3,512,361.00. For 7/Against 0

Motion was made by Cook and seconded by Hyles to set tax rate 1.209274, M&O 1.128274, I&S .081000. For 7/Against 0

In executive session at 6:22 p.m./ out of session at 6:45 p.m.

Motion was made by Taylor and seconded by Dillard to hire Fred St. Peter as employee. For 7/Against 0

We took no action on signs on gym wall or baseball/softball.
